It's not simple, but it doesn't break very often. I'm on my second Miata
now and the only things I've had to do on them is brakes, timing belt, and
tune ups. Both cars had less than 100k miles so I'm sure that was a factor
in sparing me more extensive repairs.
As far as complexity, Hondas are not simple cars and have the added
complexity of FWD- they are complicated and hard to repair, but they don't
need fixing often.
