Sorry. Yup.

If you don't have a large Posidrive screwdriver, I've found that there's 
an impact screwdriver (Great Neck, I believe) available at the most 
parts stores that has a large bit which strangely seems to have the 
correct (or at least usable) profile. If you use a large Phillips ... 
well, let's just say it didn't go well for me.
