The factory will sell you one, (after a long wait in my experience) as
will a number of dealers, specialists and trimmers.

Knowing where you were would be a help, but here is the factory address
and contact details:

Morgan Motor Company Limited
Pickersleigh Road
Malvern Link
Worcestershire
WR14 2LL
England
tel: +44 (0)1684 573104/573105 fax: +44 (0)1684 892295

IMHO the best solution is to find a friendly trimmer and have a hood
tailored to fit properly, the factory hood is to a standard pattern and
is not as good a fit as possible- it helps the trimmer to have a pattern
to use as a basis, so this approach may not be that easy.

Most people I have asked suggest that "Everflex" (vinyl) is the most
practicle hood material for a car that gets used, "Double
Duck/Rivencloth/Hood canvas" is more expensive, requires more care in
stowage and can rot if left damp.

My car gets used year round and I am getting a new hood made by a
trimmer.
