I don't know a specific source for these. I find a few here and there at car
show flea markets and in antique stores. Did you look in Hemmings Motor News
under "Books & Literature"? That's a good source of collector's sales.
Here's on for example :" Car magazines old & new, Bob Wigger 301 Meadow Dr,
Bethalto, IL 62010 (618) 377-5949." Others listed too.
