Has anyone had a bad experience with water pumps or recommend a good brand to look for when buying a new one. I bought a new pump for my '54 235 for good measure when I rebuilt it. Today with only 4K on it it suddenly started making noise and within 2 minutes seized and sheared the bolts on the pulley/fan. I bought it from a well known vendor in in Missouri based on price. Grant 50 3100. oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959 |
