Rob,

Is the front axle set up for dual wheels also? I mean does it have the
extended hubs so that the same wheels that are on the rear will fit on
the front, or are the wheels on the front different?

Some times people would just put dual wheels on a standard rear end if
they were using a flat bed. The answer to your question may be different
depending that.
