Bob,

The terminal nearest the firewall on top goes to the headlight switch as the
power feed, the center terminal is high beam and the lowest terminal is low
beam....although if you mix the high and low beam it won't matter, it is
just switching between one circuit or the other.

The feed from the headlight switch should go to the "bat" terminal. The
other two don't matter.
