I've got a 59 cab with 57 front sheet metal, using a 58 frame. The front of 
the frame is longer, setting the bumper out a little bit (couple inches)  
This could be easily fixed. The only problem using earlier front sheet metal 
is the hood hinges have a different bolt spread on the firewall.  The top 
bolt lined up but you'll have to drill a new hole for the lower one.
