Hey guys, Well since I am replacing my 54's motor, i am offering the engine i
am pulling for free. I really don't want the hassle of shipping it anywhere,
so if any one is within a couple of hours of Fayetteville, NC i will make
arrangements with. The motor is complete except for carb, 4 intake/exhaust
bolts, the oil tube in the lifter cover, distributor, water pump and it has a
bent oil pick up for the oil pump. This is the engine that spun a #3 rod
bearing. I have no idea of what bore it is or even the grind of the crank.
I would hold on to the engine i really don't have any room for it. I prefer
to keep it whole, but if i have not response i will consider parting out. Oh
ya, i almost forgot. The block is in good shape, no cracks or welded cracks.
