There are 3 pages in the Shop Manual on installing the ewelahlah.  It's not
an easy process and probably should be done by a certified Chevrolet
mechanic.  The Shop Manual clearly states that the ewelahlah came painted,
not chromed.  So, the ewelahlah Stan saw was obviously chrome plated along
the way, probably at considerable expense.  And if anyone if falling for
this, you're definitely NOT Y2K ready.
