Adam,
Look for a truck junkyard and tell them you need a set of ten lug rims for a
1-1/2 ton GMC. GM used this lug pattern for many years.
Just be sure they don't sell you a set like you already have, the 3 piece
rims are what you are looking for.
I also belive the 10 lug rims from a new 3500HD will fit, the lug spacing is
the same but I have never tried to install one.
