[oletrucks] Chrome grill

Hello to all !!

Got a question re my 54 1/2 ton.
I just got the grill back frokm the platers and need to paint some of what 
was plated to match the body color.

Anyone had any experience in preparing chromed areas for paint?
As much as I hate to paint over it . The back section of the grill will look 
much better the body color.

Appreciate any help you can give me on this...
