My parts truck has an aftermarket wheel on it I'll look to see what it is

I've been wondering the same thing      Grant steering wheels have an
adapter that will fit, but all their wheels are listed as having a 3"
dish     has anyone used a stock column and after market wheel?   I'm
thinking a 3" dish would put the wheel too close to the driver
