I checked the archive and there appears to be a lot of Q & A on this
subject, but I did not find an answer to my ?'s......
Just received a new catalog from JCWhitney and on pg 111 they offer a
replacement electric motor (6 and 12 volt) that "Replaces stock vacuum
motor perfectly" on 41-48 Chevy "Cars".
Was the AD vacuum motor the same for most of the years of the series,
and is it the same, or similar as the car model, ie., mount bolts etc.?
Anybody know if this swap could work?
