Jim,
Mikes' right the passenger fenders (2 door, 4 door, wagon and aero coupe)
fit are 41 - 48 (had a 46' and a 48' Sedan Delivery). Basically the Sedan
Delivery is a 4 door platform (the whole floor pan is a 4 door) with the
front doors of a 4 door and the factory custom delivery body. If you remove
the interior screwed in floor you will see the original steel 4 door floor.
The truck version is different: "Panel Delivery" and it's rear fenders are
unique to it and the Suburban.
