Disconnect battery cables and measure from POSITIVE (+) cable to GROUND or
NEGATIVE
(-) cable with ohm meter. If any resistance with everything off including
ignition, you have a short or partial short. Time to start your way back and
locate it. There should be 0 ohms resistance with everything off.
