i got into a deal like that once, and will never do it again. now i get 
everything on paper and NEVER let anyone do a job with an 'open end'. it is 
amazing how things get so much quicker when there is a set price. If someone 
cant give you a figure and then stick very close to it, id hunt someone else. 
Just my humble opinion, i could be wrong.
