  I never lived there, but 4 or 5 years ago I used to go to Rancho Bernardo 
and work at Unisys for a week or two at a time.  My impression was that it 
was "high end" RealEstate place, never noticed any older vehicles 
either...the Golf Course was expensive to play, but really nice though.

  It was far enough away from the San Diego area (which I'm not real fond of) 
and would be a great, safe (IMO) place to raise a family.  

  Just my thoughts.....what company are you considering?  I know Cymer is 
growing big time down there....but I'm sure you're aware that NEC has 
announced the go-ahead for their Fab expansion in Roseville, so your Cameron 
Park area should be seeing some income growth for housing over the next few 
years.  NEC is slated to begin production in mid-2002.
