I didn't either, if you mean title in the way we have titles to late model
year cars. I didn't get a title for my '53 because it didn't exist but had
no problem registering it in New Yawk (OK I'm by the finger lakes in
upstate so its really "New York" here). You shouldn't either regardless of
the state, I think.
