I have a standard email that I send to those who forget to retain the
information sent to them when they accept the responsiblity of joining a
group or club, mailing list in our case. These are the same people who
can't get warranty items replaced, then blame the retailer because they
cant make an exception and accomdate them. I try to tactfully make a point
without personally attacking anyone, then kindly offer assistance if needed.
