[oletrucks] Head Removal

I received several e-mails asking for me to share the gory details of how I got 
the head off on my '54 3100.  There were two simple tricks I used.  The first 
one was a 2 inch putty knife which I punched around the perimeter to loosen 
things up...the second tip was I removed the last two lower bolts...oh god that 
hurts to admit it!
