[oletrucks] water temp guage

Where does the temp bulb go from the temp gauge on my 49 216? There was no
line on the back of my gauge cluster for the temp gauge - the DPO must have
plugged the other end somewhere. I just got my gauge cluster back from the
rebuilder with the line and bulb on the end and can't find where to plug it
in.
