Kragen and Auozone have a similar program. Basically you buy the tools and pay
for them with a Credit card, next within a week you bring the tools back and
they reverse the charge from your credit card. I think this is a great idea and
a great marketing tool for those chains, the reasoning is that you will end up
buying autopart or supplies while working on your car at the same time you
"borrow" their tools.
