Dave, I don't think you need choke on both. Multicarb sets have one carb
with choke and main  linkage and others only kick in when more throttle is
applied or wide open. This may be more for the triple carbs than the dual
tho, not sure. You are so lucky to get a dual carb set-up. Is there dual
exhaust or headers too? Try LMC on the hood hinges or Chevy Duty. They have
links on the www.stovebolt.com page to get to them. You have to go to this
site too and they have great Bulletin Boards to talk on and Swap site for
parts.
