not sure do you know if this can be replaced if so were I might find it.
The window edge metal can just be primed with some epoxy primer and painted
to look original in case you don't want to hunt up another set.
2. Do you know the easiest way of removing the window glass.
I'm not sure if your talking about removing the window glass from the metal
frame or the complete assembly from the door? In the first case I normally
just use a razor blade to loosen the tape materials hold on the glass and
metal frame so it will come apart easier when I tap on the metal frames
edge.
The complete assembly can be removed once the metal frame is unbolted from
the window track mechanism.
