[oletrucks] Patricks shifter

I believe the Patrick's shifter is made by Hurst but I'm not sure what
basic unit they used or the modifications that Patrick may have had them
make to fit an AD.

I bought mine when I still planned to use the 235. But then changed to a
350 with saginaw 4 spd. and the shifter fits like a glove.
