Stu,

The center division bar/trim/gasket is not used and the Left and Right
windshield is cut so that they come with in 1/8" - 3/16" of each other.  You
then fill this 1/8" crack between the windshields with silicone and tool it
flush.  Color of the glass dictates the color of the silicone and when done
from a distance the two pieces blend together almost as one.

This is how I intend to do mine.

Hi again,

Not sure if this is the place to bring this up or not but does anyone have
any idea how the windscreens are made on the rods with no split in the
middle? It looks as though it's a bend piece of glass!!
