Whilst at the local scrap yard the other day I hit the jackpot 61 GMC with
the drivers door I need and the front end parts I need to keep mine safe
(scary type wore out) and setting directly under the GMC is one late 70's
early eighties Dodge aspen Police Car just from looking it looks to be the
bolt on front end I've heard so much about. Does anybody know what years
work to be certain and along the same lines will the rear end work as
well I'm thinking it might be posi if it's in a cop car but not for shure?
I'm thinking about using it in my 38 1/2 ton
or maybe the 411/2ton if I don't trade it for a wrecker. Anybody done one of
these conversions. and yes I'm going to check the Archives if I can find the
link I have it stashed away in my favorites list somewhere.
Also how spendy is it to go through one of these suspensions as I'm shure
if it was in a retired cop car it is probably pretty wore out? Thanks in
Advance
