SInce this was brought out in public,,,,
I personally see no big issue with this, as he doesn't seem to spam the
list with advertisements for his business. Many times when people ask where
to find parts for their truck, folks will respond back that the part can be
bought from a particular vendor and give links and phone numbers to the
vendor. What is the difference here? Again, personally-I feel that Tim
should have emailed Miq off list to find out what the rules were regarding
this before this turns into an unwanted thread. I have never considered
Jeff to be a spammer. I think its good to have vendors on the list as
highly evident by the fact that Jeff brought to the forefront that their
company is making in the very near future repro steel doors!!!
Jeff/Marilyn do not just out of the blue send emails to the list trying to
drum up business, if this were the case it would be different.
Miq does run the list, his personal email address is included in the
registration letter you received when subscribing to the list, or can be
found in the monthly reminder that is send out every month. Tim, please
refer to this documentation for his email and list regulations. --wayne

p.s. I'm sure Miq will put this to rest very quickly as a thread like this
can go on and on...
