[oletrucks] axel still useable??

I am doing a front end rebuild on my 48 half ton. Passenger side front axel
eye where the king pin fits is really sloppy. Can I ream it out and press in a
sleeve to bring it back to standard? The holes in the knuckle(spindle) for the
king pin are fine. I removed the old bushings and put in the new bushings. I
can not detect any out of round in the knuckle.
