Mike,
 Check the main plug-in connection at the base of your steering column. It 
should have a whole group of wires in it. Some times it gets kicked or pulled 
on, or even becomes loose due to vibration, and could cause your intermitting 
lost of power. Check the plug-in connector, and the wires that goes with 
them. Wiggle them around to make sure they are tight. Good Luck.
