either its not tight enough, or the bearings are going in one of the 
accessories/pullies.
If the sound goes away emidiately after spaying the belts while running, then 
its
not tight enough or really glazed, but since its new, I assume its not glazed.
Otherwise, get a stethiscope and check your accessories for noise level.

I would never suggest putting any of that stuff on belts.  If it squeaks, 
there's
something wrong. Putting junk on your belts is like using duct tape to fix a 
leaking radiator hose.  Its beyond counter productive.
