 I hate to burst Alan's bubble, but the vehicle year and designation is based 
on the BODY, not the FRAME and RUNNING GEAR. If I take a trashed Ferrari car 
body, use just the frame and engine under a Yugo, is it a Ferrari? No! It's a 
Ferrari-powered Yugo! But it still has to be registered as a Yugo, not a 
Ferrari. A frame is easier to fabricate, and motor swaps are easy, getting a 
body design out of nothing is VERY hard, therefore any body used on another 
frame is used as the year of the car, not the undercarriage! Can't title it 
as a Blazer/Ferrari, sorry! Jsut so you know. :)
