I think the problem is not so much with the parts (if it is really as easy
as you say and some of us may be more mechanically challanged than others)
but the attitude of the chevy duty rep that our member was dealing with. It
would not have hurt one bit if the rep could have helped her through the
installation, walk her through it to see what the problem may be.
Jeff at Bow Tie Bits and Patrick at Patrick's are a couple of fine examples
of customer service. They go out of their way to help you with the
application and installation.
