i have rebuilt my starter but it still won't turn the engine over .solenoid
is throwing in all the way but engine won't turn . i've taken the starter back
off and tried turning it over by hand -[screwdriver on teeth of flywheel]
.even with plugs out and lifter screws backed off it is extremely tight.what
is the reason for this? the engine was running before the starter problem.
i've run out of ideas and need a shot of inspiration. all help/ideas
