Mike, you are close, I think. The hood opening and shape of the fender would indicate Buick, but I thought Buicks always had the portholes. Without portholes, it would be a Cadillac. The front fender shape extends to the middle of the front door. That would make it no more recent than a 42. If I were a betting man, I'd guess a 41 Caddy or Buick Depot hack. Need to see the dash & rear. That is one car I'd LOVE to restore. RT oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959 |
