all you need is my 3/4t disc brake kit.
and make sure that 5spd is NOT getrag if you plan to tow. getrag is
correctly pronounced- "Get, Rag"
nv4500 only way to go.
i myself shift too often in my commuter so i opt for a 700R4 always.
