Was missing a few - bought set of 8 on eBay - about $25 used  - are metal
stampings - fit on plug caps with tension / interference fit - fit old & new
set of wires fine.

lots of folks use these fiberglass sleeves that fit over the spark plug and
wire boot...  They're 'bout 6 inches long and slide them over the spark plug
wire when disconnected from the plug, reconnect and slide the sleeve over
