Have any of you used one of these portable acetylene torch sets? They typically have a 10CF Acetylene and 20CF Oxygen cylinder. They sell for around $250 to $300. I was wondering how long I could go on a gas fill with a set like this, using it occasionally to heat something or cut off a bolt, a little brazing, etc. They look kind of handy, and there's no hassle (yet) getting the gas botles filled. I'd appreciate any info you can share. Jim Jsheds@ix.netcom.com |
