wire brush thread

I don't use wire brushes with my air die grinder - not enough
torque. I use a 3/8" drill. I like Jack Poller's grinder idea 
though I imagine it can be a handful in tight places.

Anybody use one of those small triangular-pad sanders for 
getting to rust in the corners? Or are those strictly for 
woodworking?
