Refilling tanks - Was:Shop Equipment for sale

Same here in Oregon and when I was in Washington (state). No problem at all.
Thats why the police told my dad to keep an eye on his tanks.  A thief can
swap out the tanks they steal from you and no longer be holding the stolen
property.
