        Sound similar to an item offered by Eastwood.  Go to their site at 
http://www.eastwoodco.com/  .  In the "search by keyword" field at the top 
of the page enter the part number (49037) and click on "GO".  I haven't 
ordered one yet, but it looks interesting.
