One other thing to think about, is the more enclosed it is, the less air
the compressor gets for cooling. I have my 30gal 5hp comp. located under
my workbench. I have mounted a large box fan at one end of the bench right
behind the compressor. Especially in the summer, when I use the compressor
I turn on the box fan to force air across the compressor to help cool it.
