Larry, I once bought a new tube from the store that was expired. I didn't
notice the date (it was some weird code.)

When I called the manufacture, they were able to read the code and explain
that it was indeed expired. All they offered was a new tube of caulk.
Nothing for the hours of work I went through removing they bad product.

I'm trying to seal a shower stall, and applied GE Silicone II caulk
(from a brand new tube) last night. This morning, it's still sticky.
The label claims that it should be non-tacky after 30 minutes. Did I
get bad caulk? If so- what's the best way to get it cleaned up? Will
it cure eventually if I leave it alone?
