Isn't it legal in some places to put antifreeze down
the
drain?  I believe the main ingredient is
biodegradable.
The non-poisonous type could definitly go down the
drain
in theory, since it is the same stuff added to
Twinkies, etc.

The pollution risk form antifreeze may be related more
to contaminants than the antifreeze itself...
