I assume you have a well and want it tested.  I had to have mine tested 
when I got a mortgage and refinanced.  The mortgage company used a 
private testing lab, don't remember the name of the lab.  It was a local 
lab.  Your local lender could point you to a lab.  Could just call you 
bank and ask who they use.
