I've been pretty liberal with greasing my rear trunnions and I've never
had grease get into the drums. I guess that is why that little hole is on
top of the hub.

You might try greasing the hubs with the drum off and see how and
where the grease is entering the drum area. This will let you know how
bad the leak is. If it is bad at all, I would suggest redoing the seals. Then
again, I don't really know what I'm talking about :)

Hi all,
Just popped off the rear drums to redo the brake system. Some grease
had
leaked in from the axle trunion place. Could this be from an overzealous
grease squirter? How do I determin if I can get away with not redoing
the rear hub grease seals for awhile. You know the story special tool
and all need for $5 seal placement. As always your support and
expertise
are greatly appreciated!
