Brake line recommendations

I want to replace the brake lines in my '78 spit.  Might as well do this
while I'm putting the car back together.  Anyhow, does anybody have
recommendations as to were I can get a brake line kit?  What is the best
material that these lines should be made of?  Spitbits has copper, I was
hoping for steel.
