Done.  Removed the inside trunk panel covering the fuel tank.  Filter there
was dirty black and the hoses for it were cracked plenty.  All got changed
out as did the leaking hose under the car.  While in the trunk I thoroughly
vacuumed and cleaned it out.  Funny how one task develops into many more.
