Bumpy Handleing

Anyone know what causes the car to go into wierd handleing mode when you go
over a violent bump.  1" pot hole.  Especialy when going around a corner on
a wet day when you get fishtail.

I have completly new suspension components up front, a year ago.  New rear
spring and the mechainic replaced one rubber for me while making the bolt
hole round again.
